Client On-boarding Process
As part of client on-boarding process, all the access requests that require manual approval should go through below steps:
Client teams reach out for information on CSOne Case API via IT Incident
CSOne Case API User Guide is shared with the client team.
If the Case API meets the client requirements, and the Client team decides to move forward
The Client team submits a Capability Review Board Request and uploads the completed CSOne Case API Client Engagement Questionnaire Template.docx and submits it.
Submitted Capability Review Board Request will be reviewed by the team.
Once CRB Team approves the request ,next approval would be from IT Managers and business approval.
After all three approvals are acquired, GSE team will proceed with CSOne configurations.
Once CRB team provides approval for the request, it will suggest API Owners/ Business teams/ Support team to proceed with the next steps like m etadata configuration (if any), client request approval in API platform
GSE team will review the CRB approval and takes care of any needful configuration for the specific client use case before approving the request in API platform.
Once the request is approved, user will receive an email confirmation with the client id and the API details.
Once email confirmation is received, client can leverage the client id, secret created earlier during the client registration process to invoke the APIs.
